On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen/diner with an abundance of floor space, a kitchen island, a large Range cooker, a Lavazza coffee machine, a SmartTV and a large dining table with seating for ten next to the French doors which open up onto the balcony. There is also a convenient utility room, a wet room, another family bathroom plus two bedrooms on this floor – a king-size with sea views and garden access plus a triple single room with an additional pull-out trundle bed. Climb the oak stairs to reach the first floor where you can put your feet up in the lounge with a wood burner effect gas stove, a SmartTV and French doors to the balcony. There are also two bedrooms – a king-size with an en-suite and a king-size with a dressing room and an en-suite. Outside is a garden with furniture, decking and a BBQ. During your stay on the outskirts of Porthcothan Bay, you can easily reach Porthcothan (0.5 miles) where you’ll find a cafe and the idyllic Porthcothan Beach (0.5 miles). This grassy dune-backed beach is canine-friendly all year round and is a quieter place to be during the busy summer months. During low tide, make sure you can explore the small hidden coves and rock pools.
