Outside there's an enclosed lawn, patio and barbecue. Underfloor heating throughout makes this comfortable year-round.

We have visited several times now and find it a very comfortable place to stay. It is in an ideal rural location though also not far from amenities. We have always enjoyed our stays there.

We loved our stay at Roosters Roost. Brilliant cottage with plenty of space - (we were two adults and our two cocker spaniels). Very comfortable and easy location for Sennen Cove and other quieter local beaches, as well as Penzance being within easy reach. Particularly loved the panoramic near-360-degree views of the surrounding countryside. Wonderful comfy beds, great bath and shower. Perfect to have the hose to rinse the dogs too. We have agreed we will definitely return at some point!

Dreadful weather all week, however a dvd player and smart tv was a bonus. Plenty of space, lovely enclosed garden for 2 dogs. Recommend the Old Success Inn at Sennen Cove , brilliant, also the First and Last for a lunch meal. Near to Lands End for touring plus Penzance. Plenty of private parking , which was secure either gate. Thank you for letting us stay.

Beautiful views, lovely space in house. All nicely thought about. The internal steps are steep and a photo would be beneficial. My mum struggled with them and the older dog. So relaxing to be in beautiful countryside location.

Wonderfully located barn conversion with all you could wish for in terms of amenities. Modern appliances throughout and wonderful views across the surrounding farmland from the upper open plan living/kitchen area. The grounds surrounding the building are kept very well and access to the property is straightforward and easy. Plenty of parking space, enough for 2 cars if needed. Sennen Cove is a mere 10 minutes drive and easy access back to the A30. Highly recommended.

Very clean and tidy, well equipped kitchen, beds were so comfortable. Amazing sunsets. Perfectly located for sightseeing the area without hours in the car. We loved beautiful St Michaels Mount and Mousehole. St Ives, go early to park! Sennen Market Tuesday morning a must, be there at opening time for the delicious artisan bread; McFaddens steak pie is amazing; fab cheese stall, fish stall & seafood; home made lemon curd, and more... We absolutely loved our stay at Sennen Cove Roosters Roost.

we had a really lovely time at rooster roost with our whole family! for our little one there was a high chair and even a riser gate which made our stay super safe and relaxed! we loved the farm animals around the house and the wild ones ! (foxes, owl, rabbits, birdsââ?¬¦) the sunset from the sofa in the living room was just amazing and the 25 min walk to a magnificent beach via fields and lovely paths was very nice too!
