Located on the edge of Polruan, there are stunning walks, pretty towns, and amazing attractions nearby. This gem of a property has been carefully thought out to make sure you have a comfortable stay and has awesome views from the garden, sitting room and main bedrooms. The living room has bags of space to relax, chat and watch TV, and a cosy electric fire. Cook dinner in the spacious kitchen/diner and eat together at the funky dining table and benches. There’s a utility room for laundry and a cloakroom with a WC. One twin bedroom is on the ground floor and there’s a shower room downstairs too. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor: a spacious king with an en-suite shower room, a lovely bright double room, and a good-sized twin, along with a stylish family bathroom and separate W/C. All of the bedrooms have wardrobes. Enjoy dinner on the patio and your morning coffee from the cute seats at the back. Gather the kids and dogs and head out for a walk along the stunning coastal path to Lansallos Cove (3 miles), where you can swim and sunbathe – it’s worth the climb past Blackbottle Rock on to Pencarrow Headland. Catch the ferry over to Fowey from the harbour (approximately 500 metres away) to visit the aquarium, art galleries, pubs, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Have a day out at the famous Eden Project (7.5 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (23.5 miles).
