Buzzard Cottage Reviews

Emma Turner
We had a lovely weekend at Buzzard Cottage with family and friends. The place comfortably slept all 10 of usand the living area had plenty of sofas to relax on. The kitchen was really well stocked and thoughtfully set up. Beds were comfyand the hot tub was perfect for star gazing in the evenings. Imogen was a great host, making sure everything was just right. The bubbly was a nice touch too! Would definitely recommend for a chill family or friends escape. Close to the coast and not far from M5, so easy to get to.
Tommy
Our family had an awesome weekend away! There were nine of us, including two lively 11-year-olds and an adorable 8-month-old. Imogen, the owner, was super helpful, reaching out a week before to make sure we knew how to find the place - honestly, that was a lifesaver since the cottage is pretty remote! They even left us a sweet welcome note, a bottle of bubblyand some dog biscuits (we brought the pooch). The cottage was really well stockedand we made the most of the croquet lawn, table tennisand bar football - the kids had a blast! Definitely recommending this spot.

We had a great time at this cosy cottage, perfect for our family gathering. The hot tub was a lovely touchand the play barn kept the kids entertained with pool, table tennisand football. The outdoor space was ideal for garden games too. Very welcoming owners!
Harriet
The house was fantastic for a big group, really couldn't have asked for more.
Simon
Buzzard Cottage was a really great place to stay. It has been tastefully and well furnished, plus it's equipped perfectly for a family stay. The beds were super comfortableand the owner really went out of her way to be helpful. It's set in the lovely E Devon countryside. Our family of 14, ranging from 7 months to 76, had a fantastic time and Buzzard Cottage worked beautifully for us!
Lucy
This is a lovely place to stay in a great quiet location! We had everything we needed. If you enjoy having your dogs in the main lounge, this might not be the place for you. We aren't dog owners, so it wasn't an issue for us. Overall, it was a great stay and we would recommend it, particularly if you're a large family and wanted to use some of the other units too.
James
What a lovely house! We had a really nice stay and the owner was super friendly. Thanks a bunch for the bottle of wine on arrival; it was a nice touch!
Hannah
Buzzard Cottage was absolutely ideal for our group of 10 plus our dog. It's really well equipped and laid out, providing plenty of space for everyone while feeling cosy and comfortable. We all loved the hot tuband the games room and garden area were a big hit too. Everyone in our group had the same positive vibe about Buzzard Cottage!
Emily
We've just had a lovely family gathering at Buzzard Cottage and created some amazing memories! It's the perfect holiday cottage for a multi-generational group, especially with unpredictable weather. We had one rainy day when the games room and hot tub really saved the day. The owners were delightful and couldn't have been more accommodating. The area is stunningand we would absolutely come back to this comfortable, well-equipped cottage.
Claire
Such a lovely cosy, warm cottage! We booked this for our son's 40th birthdayand it was just perfect for friends and kids. Really enjoyed our stay!
