The accomodation was lovely. Outdoor seating areas both front and back with storage for the seat cushions. Three shower rooms and one bath plus a downstairs toilet. Great views from the first floor balcony. Kitchen is very well equipped. Coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, oven, hob, washer dryer and dishwasher. Dining table with lots of seats. Plenty of seating in the living room with a good Sky smart TV. Three double bedrooms and a twin with all but the twin having smart TVs. A great place to stay!

Well appointed house, very clean. Fantastic location. Dartmouth and surrounding beaches all very accessible. The village centre of Stoke Fleming is a short walk away and has a local shop and a great pub in the Green Dragon.

Sandy Toes was a superb place for a family weekend to celebrate an 80th birthday. We had a very comfortable stay, with shared space and plenty of room to enjoy. Quiet at night, access to local areas, all very easy.

A spacious well equipped property suitable for up to 8 people, with sea views from the garden and master bedroom. Nicely decorated with generous bedrooms and bathrooms, plus plenty of storage space and excellent parking for 2 vehicles. Plenty of family games and books also provided. A short walk to Stoke Fleming village and also close to Blackpool Sands, however you will need a car or bus to visit Dartmouth town. Recommend a trip up the River Dart and a visit to Agatha Christie's home and also Dartmouth Castle. Be aware that many local pubs close on Mondays and Tuesdays, or serve only limited food options, and some close between 3pm and 5pm on other days too. Maybe this will change in the coming weeks when the town gets busier, but please check online to avoid disappointment.

We had a lovely week at Sandy Toes which is a beautiful house. It is very well equipped house and has been tastefully decorated throughout (although we would have liked a bbq). It is in a good location for exploring the area and within walking distance of a very nice pub. The only little niggle we had was there is only space for two cars and you canâ??t park on the road.

Beautiful house great location on bus route into Dartmouth town and 10 minute walk to a lovely pub and another 10 minutes to a stunning beach. House is immaculate with stunning seaview from bedroom balcony. Highly recommend.
