Cumfus Bottom Reviews

Iris
Well equipped with a lovely touch of a welcoming pack. Especially liked the 2 lounges as the children could have their own space. Great sized table that seated 10 comfortably. Also liked the amount of fridges /freezes. Brilliant location as didnâ??t have to travel too far to experience other places.
Debra
Loved the location. The parking accommodated our three cars. The cottage was clean and the welcome pack was a lovely extra

Lisa
A lovely well equipped property - perfect for our family of 7 and 2 dogs. We had a fantastic stay and canâ??t wait to return. Would also recommend the local pub, Dun Cow for great food and atmosphere.
Catherine

Wayne
This is a great holiday home, located in a lovely village with good access to surrounding areas. Nice village shop and local pub. Good size rooms and the annex was a lovely addition.
Elaine
The location of this property is excellent with a pub at the bottom of the road within walking distance and a village store/cafe also in walking distance. Very spacious property and ideal for larger family groups. Within easy reach of sandy beaches particularly Wells-next-the-sea which also has a dog friendly beach and many other attractions. A very nice welcome pack left. Thank you.
Anne
Really well equipped with everything we could have wished for, very homely feeling about the place. Lots of space to spread out for a large group. Wouldnâ??t hesitate to recommend to friends.
Jean
We had a lovely comfortable family holiday in Cumfus Bottom. The kitchen was fantastic, with ample crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils. It was great to be so close to the marshes and the beach, the village shop was brilliant, the pub food was very good, and the football field behind the church was a hit with the kids. Thankyou!
Denise
Lovely holiday had by all family members from 18 months to 81 years.
Judith
Cumfus Bottom was absolutely perfect for our stay. Its extremely well equipped and it was lovely to arrive to a warm cosy house with a nice welcome pack. The accommodation is very flexible and there is lots of room; the kitchen was particularly nice with the cosy Aga. The owners seem to have thought of anything one might need even down to a picnic blanket! I would definitely recommend this to my friends.
David
A great property, easy walking distance to the coast and the pub! A fabulous base for our group of 8 over New Year, spacious and homely. Fully equipped, and we all loved the AGA, instant heat on those cold winter days. Plenty of great walking from your doorstep, and the slightly larger towns only a short drive away.
Ruth
We have stayed twice now in winter for multi-generation family get togethers, and found it ideal. There is plenty of warm, comfortable space for everybody, and it very well equipped making it an excellent home fom home. The house is arranged round a square central courtyard, and the children loved running round the corridors - perfect for hide and seek! The location is lovely with the local shop and access to the beach and marshes just a few yards down the road.
Anita
We always go to a cottage for our holiday and have done so for many years. This is by far the best accommodation we have used. We are a four generation family of visitors, and we were all catered for. Loved it, loved it, loved it.
Yvonne

Rachel
We stayed as a family of 10 during a wonderful week of sunny weather. The house was perfect. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the kitchen/living area were spacious. We loved the location. It was about 10 mins walk to the beach and only 2 mins to the great pub at the end of the road.
Shane
Fantastic cottage, perfect for a large family visit/celebration. The small annex is ideal for older family members. Second visit now and would love to visit again.
Allison

Lovely cottage, clean and tidy with everything you need for a family holiday. We were 8 adults 1 toddler a pair of 6 month old twins and the dog, plenty of room for all of us. The photographs really do not do the property justice.
