Just got back from a long weekend stay of 11 people and 2 small dogs, this is our families third time visiting this place and we cannot fault it! Beautiful spacious home with great facilities and very comfortable bed spaces. The surrounding areascenary is just beautiful, especially when enjoying the hot tub and the secure garden is perfect for the dogs! We enjoy this place so much as a family we are already planning our next trip and hoping to spend our Christmas 2027 here thank you to the owners for a lovely stay!
If you want a complete get away from it all, this is the perfect place. Such a beautiful, tranquil location. The property owners are ever so friendly, they're just next door if you need them but otherwise they leave you to it. The property itself is huge and has everything you need for a week away, including extremely comfy beds! The views are outstanding, the walks from the property are wonderful and the hot tub is amazing. The garden is secure and our dogs loved it. The local farm dogs do jump the fence and come for a visit most days! Be aware that there isn't a shop near by so bring all your provisions with you unless you fancy a drive out to Bala. We thoroughly enjoyed our week away here. Definitely one of the more remote and peaceful places we have ever stayed. Thanks to Mr & Mrs Jones for sharing their stunning farm with us.

This is a beautiful homely property in a stunning location every single thing you could want is available in this cottage from utensils, toasters, air fryers, cafetires and lovely glassware to comfortable beds and shelves full of games, books and DVDs. The hosts are warm and welcoming. The secure garden was enjoyed by our fur family and the hot tub a very nice addition too. The views from the property are breathtaking and you really do feel your batteries recharging with every passing hour of your stay here. Its a perfect venue for a large extended family or friends gathering together whether it be a celebration or just some down time spent together.

We throughly enjoyed a 2 week stay at the beautiful cottage. The hosts were just brilliant and couldnt be more helpful. The views and area were breathtaking. The Cottage had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect and cleaned daily. Our dogs loved it too. Thank you and we will be back.

Myself and a group of friends stayed at this property to celebrate my 40th birthday and we could not fault it in the slightest. The property was well furnished, the kitchen was well appointed and had all the utensils, pots and pans and cookware you could ever need. The property was extremely clean. The location was perfect with amazing views down the valley and the hot tub perfectly placed perfectly to enjoy the views. I would recommend getting up early and sitting in the hot tub to watch the sunrise, you will not be disappointed! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and have achieved the perfect get away property. Our group have all spoken and have agreed we want to visit again! 1010

Absolutely superb week Mrs Jones dressed the house beautifully for Christmas. A lovely welcome pack was left on the table the bara brith was gorgeous. Nine of us stayed and all found the house comfortable and spacious. A sunny Christmas morning sat in the hot tub looking down the valley drinking Prosecco what more could you want . Would highly recommend this holiday home, the area and the hosts.

We have spent a weekend at this property and have already put a deposit to return next year. We traveled as 3 adults and 5 children and 2 dogs. The property itself was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens to suit all cooking needs. The owners were wonderful and happy to help if needed. They were really friendly to all the kids and we enjoyed chatting to them. They offered the best advise for walks and local sights for us to visit. We can't wait to come back and relax next year

We spent a fabulous weekend here to celebrate my husbands 40th. There were 5 adults, 4 children under 5 and 2 dogs. We had so much space, everything had been thought about and we didnt want for anything. The kitchen was brilliantly well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the huge bath. We also all enjoyed the hot tub the views are spectacular and the photos dont do it justice! Plus the owners are so friendly. If youre looking for somewhere for a big get together then this is the one. Its also close by to some absolutely beautiful places.
What a fabulous place. We recently stayed here for a week 4 generations and 2 dogs!. Plenty of room for everyone. The cottage was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Loads of kitchen equipment, 2 brand new TVs and the hot tub with it's marvellous view was really great. The hosts were lovely and helpful too. Would love to go back!

We had a lovely holiday, the house is well equipped and comfortable. It is in a quiet location and you will not be disturbed by any traffic noise. The hot tub was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the views of the valley. The owners were on hand and they made a lovely Welsh Bara Brith to welcome us into their property. Our week stay was perfect, so much room for us all. The house had everything we needed and more. The surroundings are beautiful and makes the stay so relaxing. The owners are absolutely lovely, so helpful and the kids loved the dogs coming to say hi, going collecting eggs, watching the sheep and the eldest got a tractor ride. Stopped recently as our first family cottage getaway, didnt know what to expect & we were all presently surprised! We were met with a warm greetings from both our hosts & a tasty Bara Brith!, nothing was too much trouble. The grandkids loved being invited to collect eggs from the chickens, and playing ball with the dog. The house was beautiful, as was the local walks. This is the second holiday we have spent here and wont be the last . Ceinwen and her husband Emrys really take pride in looking after this place. such a lovely couple with a good knowledge of the area. could not recommend it more , and the view from the garden stunning.

The photos did not do this property justice the location was spectactularly beautiful! The barn was very well equipped and even with 11 of us 3 dogs we still had plenty of space. Mr & Mrs Jones were so friendly, accommodating and helpful they could not have made us feel more welcome offering us fresh eggs and advice on where to go. The only very small negative would be the mattresses on the beds could do with replacing. But a small price to pay for such a wonderful holiday house location.

The place was exactly as described in the listing. It was beautiful, clean and had everything you couldve needed. The views of the surrounding countryside were amazing and everyone really enjoyed them in the hot tub. The owners were super friendly and were very helpful. 11 of us stayed here for a family 50th wedding anniversary celebration and we all had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this place and hope to be able to come back soon.

We all enjoyed our holiday and found the accommodation excellent. Plenty of room and two sitting rooms meant that everybody could do their own thing. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and had left a cake for our arrival.Children and dogs enjoyed themselves immensely. Plenty to do in the area and beaches not too far away.
