Saunton Beach with over four miles of golden sand just perfect for family fun, both just three minutes’ drive from Vardons and the mecca for surfers in the South West, Croyde beach an extra minute or two on offering lifeguarded fun for all the family. Plenty of long walks and other activities which include kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, surfing, rock climbing, horse riding, or take a boat trip and go dolphin spotting from Ilfracombe Harbour. On arriving at this luxury detached home you will be greeted by a light and airy entrance. This will take you through to the open-plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge provides comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a wood burner for those cosy nights in. There is also the benefit of underfloor heating throughout the downstairs. This has patio doors that open out into the garden. From the lounge, there is a separate dining room with a large table to enjoy many meals with your loved ones and a flame effect wall mounted heater. The light and airy spacious kitchen is the ideal place to enjoy trying out new recipes, offering an electric double oven, a gas hob a combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a coffee pod machine. Leading on, there is a utility room that houses the washing machine and a wine cooler. On the ground floor, there is a separate WC. Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms, one has two single beds and the second has a king-size bed. There is also a downstairs bathroom which has a shower over bath and WC. Leading up the staircase are two king-size bedrooms, one with a Smart TV and both with en-suite shower rooms with showers and WC's. Head outside into a beautiful, enclosed garden with fences all around, with AstroTurf and a patio area with garden furniture to sit and relax on warmer evenings. There is also a charcoal BBQ to dine outside. There is parking for two cars outside the front of the property.
