Woodside Reviews

Emily Johnson
We had such a lovely stay! The house was stunning and perfectly situated with gorgeous sea views from almost every room at the front. It felt really luxurious and comfy, with everything we could possibly need. We were quite sad to leave, honestly. A big thank you to our host who was so kind, especially on our first day when I messed up the bedroom plans. Highly recommend this idyllic spot-super comfy beds, slept like babies!
Laura
Overall, the property was well presented, though we were a bit let down by the dirty patio that had weeds everywhere and the rusty, tatty BBQ that we didn't end up using. The only other thing was that the ensuite shower could really do with a good scrub, especially the mould in the grout between the tiles, which I sorted out myself (video evidence available!). Still, this didn't take away from our overall enjoyment of the holiday, but sorting these things out would definitely help future reviews.
Sarah
We had a lovely stay at Woodside with 5 adults, 2 kidsand 2 dogs. The home is very spacious and comfortable, plus the beach is just a 15-minute walk away. Communication with the owner was excellent. We all really loved the jacuzzi and made great use of it. The views of the sea from the huge window in the sitting room are simply stunning!
Claire
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woodside! It's a beautiful property with fantastic views and everything is just a short walk away! We would definitely stay here again!
Liz
What a brilliant base for exploring the areaand we could easily park four cars! Just a heads up, though, it's not ideal for anyone with mobility issues because of how the property is laid out. The view from the sitting room and upstairs balcony was stunning for watching the sunset and seeing the tides change. There is so much to do around here that a week just didn't feel long enough. There are good restaurants about a 15-minute walk down the hilland we found local attraction details at the house. We'd definitely stay there again!
James
The property is really well laid out and we were welcomed with a lovely pack plus comfy beds. The downstairs shower was a bit tricky to set with hot and cold, not ideal for a child. The hot tub was brilliant! Just a few cobwebs here and there, but otherwise clean.
Emily
Absolutely stunning property, great location and ideal for our family getaway!
Emma
We had a lovely time! The property was really clean and comfy. The views were amazingand it was super close to all the amenities. We had a fabulous time xx
Hannah
We enjoyed a lovely last minute short break and honestly wished we could have stayed longer! The house is beautifully decorated and being an upside down house, the lounge boasts fantastic views of the sea. The kitchen had everything we could need, plus the dining room leads out onto a private patio and garden with a hot tub, which was great to unwind in at the end of our day. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with super comfy beds and there's plenty of private parking for at least four cars.
Lucy
We had a wonderful family holiday at Woodside. The rooms were lovely and the beds and furniture were super comfy. We all took turns cookingand the kitchen was really well stocked. The hot tub was such a nice bonus! We would all definitely stay again.
