Ty Seren Reviews

Stephen
Great family home in good position, generally all very good, second time to stay at this property. There were a few age related issues which we emails the rental company about on the first day but they did not respond. I would say the owners would be grateful for the detail and would resolve to keep the property in top condition, hopefully the rental company have informed them as it would be unfair on the owners to keep these age related issues ongoing. If these issues were resolved this would be one of the best rentals out there for the price and would be highly recommended
Suzie
Great house in a fantastic location - minutes away from the shops, bars, etc on the main street and within walking distance to the harbour and Langland bay, really appreciated not having to take the car out to find a beach! House is well equipped, beds are comfy and lounge is spacious enough for our family of five with grown up children, not something we find very often. We paid for a week's pass in the public car park 2-3 streets away (£25) which took the stress away from finding a parking spot, money well spent and for us was offset by the proximity to everything locally, as some days we didn't need the car anyway. This is our second stay here, and if we go back again would definitely return to the same property.
Helen
Had a fantastic week in a beautiful house. Loved all the space, it was well equipped and the location was perfect. Would highly recommend.

THIS A LOVELY PROPERTY
Suzie
Fantastic stay at this property, clean, well equipped and in a quiet location VERY close to the town centre. We had virtually no opportunity to park on the street, even with a visitor pass I don't think it would have been possible, but there is a public car park close by where you can purchase a weekly pass for £15 and it was half empty every time we used it. We are thinking about returning to the area next year and will definitely look to book this property again, many thanks.
Alyson
This cottage is in a great location to enjoy the Mumbles and the Gower. The outside seating area is a perfect for relaxing. The cottage is very comfortable and has everything we needed to have a fabulous holiday.
Sarah
An excellent house for extended family gathering!
Helen
I would recommend this property. Ty Seren is a lovely, roomy, modern house. The house is just a short walk away from the shops, bars and restaurants in Mumbles. The house is also well situated to explore the Gower coastline, which is simply stunning.
Joy
A comfortable and generally well equipped house. Mumbles is a bustling little area with many shops and cafes and an ideal base for visiting the Gower.
Julia
Perfect location, with plenty of space for a gathering of extended family.
Neil
The property was generally well presented and ideal for six people (or even eight if there were a couple of children). Finding car park spots was a little awkward and we were glad that we booked a residents parking permit.
Sarah
Great house, well equipped and comfortable.
