Three king-size bedrooms and one double sit upstairs. A ground-floor twin bedroom converts to a king-size on request. There's a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower upstairs. A ground-floor shower room and accessible wet room with walk-in shower complete the facilities. The modern kitchen includes an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler and washing machine.

Visit Blenheim Palace (12 miles, 20 minutes) or Cotswold Wildlife Park near Burford (8 miles, 15 minutes). Crocodiles of the World is nearby. North Leigh Roman Villa offers archaeological interest. The market town of Witney has shops, cinema and leisure facilities.
