In the elegant, handmade kitchen area, you'll find everything you need for home cooking, including an electric oven and hob, pristine worktops and plenty of storage space, and a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Spend evenings relaxing with your loved ones in the sitting room with a sumptuous corner sofa, TV with Freeview and DVD player, and patio doors leading to your private decking area. The space is ideal for a leisurely breakfast and alfresco meals, whilst the large, brand new hot tub entices you to relax under the stars! This spacious holiday home has five bedrooms to choose from; on the ground floor, there is one king bedroom and one double bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms, plus a twin, whilst the mezzanine first floor has two more twin rooms. All guests have access to the family bathroom with a bath for the ultimate relaxation after busy days. The lovely surroundings of Hillfield Village are perfect for relaxing with your loved ones; beautiful gardens, an all-weather tennis court, and children's play area are all on offer. Meanwhile the fabulous town of Dartmouth has plenty to offer, with beautiful coves and beaches scattering this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Discover local history at Dartmouth Museum set inside a 17th-century merchants house, the fortress of Dartmouth Castle overlooking the River Dart, which offers boat hires for picturesque sailing, and the Royal Avenue Gardens are just some of the attractions on offer! There are plenty of coastal paths to venture along where Little Dartmouth Nature Reserve, the golden beach of Blackpool Sands, and Strete Gate Beach are all worth a visit.
