Located on Fakenham’s high street and set across two floors, this Grade II-listed property is part of a complex of three and is the ideal base for a small family or group looking to explore this popular town. You will be well placed for browsing the plethora of shops and eateries, not to mention attending events at the famous racecourse with fixtures throughout the year. The coast is just a short distance away with quaint villages such as Brancaster (17 miles), Cley (15 miles), Blakeney (14 miles) and Wells-next-the-Sea (10 miles). Holt (13. 5 miles) comes highly recommended. It is a pretty, Georgian town full of independent boutique shops, cafes, art galleries and antique shops and a great way to spend an afternoon.

About The Cobblers

Located on Fakenham’s high street and set across two floors, this Grade II-listed property is part of a complex of three and is the ideal base for a small family or group looking to explore this popular town. You will be well placed for browsing the plethora of shops and eateries, not to mention attending events at the famous racecourse with fixtures throughout the year. The coast is just a short distance away with quaint villages such as Brancaster (17 miles), Cley (15 miles), Blakeney (14 miles) and Wells-next-the-Sea (10 miles). Holt (13.5 miles) comes highly recommended. It is a pretty, Georgian town full of independent boutique shops, cafes, art galleries and antique shops and a great way to spend an afternoon. Sheringham, with the steam railway, is only 12 miles away, and the traditional seaside resort of Cromer with a pier theatre, amusements, crazy golf and Amazona Zoo is 14 miles away. Head to Wroxham to charter a day boat to navigate 125 miles of lock free waterways. Inside the cottage, the ground floor has a large well-equipped kitchen where you can create a light snack or hearty meal before heading to the dining table to enjoy with your guests. There is a separate utility area which houses a washer/dryer and a fridge/freezer. The lounge has comfortable seating and a Smart TV – it’s the perfect spot to sit back and relax with your loved ones. For those who wish for a quiet corner or to catch up on work whilst away, there is a study/snug area. Upstairs, you have a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, all of which have fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom with a P-shaped bath which completes the accommodation. Please note, due to the age of the building there are some low height doorways.
