The first floor has a super-king-size bedroom with en-suite bath/shower room, a twin room where the beds are zip and link, so can be converted to another super-king-size, and a further bunk room. The lower ground floor has a king-size bedroom with a wet room/shower/WC; all the rooms are bright and thoughtfully furnished with style and convenience in mind, for an enjoyable stay. Pinewood benefits from 2-acres of communal grounds which provide panoramic views of Polzeath beach and a private footpath straight down to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Coronation Gardens offer tennis courts, crazy golf, bungee trampoline, a bouncy castle, and there is an indoor skateboard ramp at the Tubestation café. For sailing enthusiasts, the nearby Camel Estuary is a car journey away with dinghy hire and tuition. From the Camel Ski School above the pontoon in Rock, you can sign up for wakeboarding or a thrilling inflatable ride, whilst paddleboarding is becoming increasingly popular here, and is a gentle and surprisingly easy way of gliding along the river in and out of the boat moorings.
