The property sits in the heart of this lakeside village. You can walk to Ullswater's shore in minutes. Open fields stretch behind the house, visible from the shared lawned garden.

The accommodation includes five en-suite bedrooms: four kingsize rooms and one twin. Bedroom 1 has a 4ft 6in double on the ground floor. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 feature kingsize beds, whilst Bedroom 5 offers twin singles. Five bathrooms mean no morning queues. Downstairs you'll find a living room, separate dining room and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There's also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Ullswater Steamers run year-round to Glenridding (8 miles, 20 minutes). Aira Force waterfall is 3 miles away (10 minutes). Drive over Kirkstone Pass to reach Ambleside (14 miles, 30 minutes) and Windermere (20 miles, 40 minutes). Penrith is 6 miles away (15 minutes).
