The heart of the home is the spacious open-plan kitchen–diner, fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the essentials for relaxed home cooking. A separate utility room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer, ideal for longer stays or beach-filled days. The cosy sitting room offers a comfortable space to unwind after adventures on the coast. The property sleeps up to eight guests in four well-appointed bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x second-floor double with TV, 1 x bunk room suitable for both adults and children (weight limit 60Kg) and 1 x second-floor twin There are two modern bathrooms, a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC and a second-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC Guests also benefit from gas central heating throughout, ensuring comfort in all seasons. Outside, the living space opens onto a sunny, sheltered rear garden with a decked terrace and lawned area. A peaceful spot, ideal for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or relaxed evenings. A major bonus in Salcombe is the off-road parking, making arrivals and excursions wonderfully hassle-free. Salcombe itself is known for its golden beaches, turquoise estuary, and lively atmosphere. From Shipwrights, it’s easy to take the ferry over to the stunning East Portlemouth beaches, enjoy sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking, or explore the breathtaking South West Coast Path.
