4 The Terrace is a large waterside holiday home spread over four floors in Rock, Cornwall. This classic property sleeps up to thirteen guests across six bedrooms, making it perfect for two families or extended family gatherings. The top floor balcony offers far-reaching views of the Camel Estuary, whilst the four-storey layout provides plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

Rock sits on the north Cornish coast overlooking the Camel Estuary. The village is known for its watersports scene and coastal walks. The estuary location means you're right by the water with easy access to beaches and sailing.

The accommodation spans four floors with six bedrooms sleeping thirteen people. There's a basement utility and storage room for all your beach gear. Outside you'll find a rear lawn garden, paved courtyard and front lawned area. Parking for two cars is designated, with space for 1-2 additional vehicles at the rear on a first-come basis.

Padstow sits across the estuary (2 miles, 10 minutes by ferry). The South West Coast Path runs nearby for spectacular walks. Polzeath Beach offers excellent surfing (3 miles, 8 minutes). Daymer Bay provides calmer waters for families (1 mile, 5 minutes).
