The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. A separate lounge contains a football table and wood burning stove. Two ground floor bedrooms include one king-size and one small double, plus a family bathroom and utility room. Upstairs are three king-size bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. A separate garden annex provides an en-suite double bedroom with private decking and Juliet balcony.

Daymer Bay beach is 10 minutes by car. Padstow (ferry access) offers restaurants and harbour activities. Rock's butchers, fishmongers and bakery are within walking distance.
