Guest Reviews

Peter
Perfect cottage for two families to come together with their first grandchild, perfect location. We could just walk out into Padstow, or jump on the ferry to Rock. Could not pick a more perfect cottage for the high quality kitchen and washing fixtures, the attention to detail was a 10/10. The weather was changeable, the cottage was a perfect base to get out to explore and enjoy our week. Really blown away by the experience, the Padstow experience will never be topped unless we come back. To have a garden and sleeping options blew our minds, our thanks to all the team at the cottage for an amazing unforgettable stay.
Maggie
Absolutely fabulous property attention to detail perfect -probably the best equipped home Iâ??ve ever rented, only 4 of us so hence the value for money rating. Location great for restaurants & walk to the beach the standard of refurb very sympathetic to the age of the property.
Julie
This is our 5 year and we love the house so much. Location, amenities are just perfect and cater for our every need. This year we had a 3 month old baby and the cot we were supplied was great.
Lorna
Fabulous historic house that was presented with passion and generosity. The house was immaculately presented and everything you could possibly need for a home for home was provided - and then some. Even down to the information before arrival, guides, information manuals and departure info. Some 5 bed properties lack proportionate living space but Large House for 10 in Padstow really does offer spacious holiday living. Couldnâ??t be better positioned for Padstow town, with parking just behind the house and the harbour, with its ferry across to the stunning beach at Rock, a hop and skip away. Tall guests might find some of the bedroom doorways a bit challenging - built in C17 and C18 they were a bit shorter back in the day! But once over the threshold the principal bedrooms are spacious and beautiful.
David
This really is an amazing property right in the heart of Padstow. The house has been updated in keeping with the character to such a high standard. Every room is spacious, comfortable and all details thought out to make your stay memorable and relaxing. The equipment and attention to detail throughout is exemplary. There is also easy secure parking. Highly recommend and would return.
Adam
Thank you ever so much for the fantastic 2 weeks with our 3 generation family, and for the wonderful Christmas trees.
