Redland House Reviews

Emily Carter
We had an amazing stay! The house was spotlessly clean, super comfyand really well stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for our group of 19, which made everything so easy. Loved eating together at the big tableand the views were absolutely stunning. Luckily, the weather was perfect, so we used the hot tub, outdoor seatingand BBQ a lot. Honestly, we'd definitely recommend this place for any big group celebrating something special - it really made the occasion memorable!

Sarah
We honestly didn't expect the house to be as fantastic as it was! The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking, making the steep drive worth it, even if it was a bit tricky for our friends with walking issues. The hot tub, games roomand adorable little cabin added a lovely touch. We were a group of 24 and never felt cramped or under each other's feet. The master suite was definitely one of the best we've ever stayed in, really impressed!
Jamie
The location is superband the kitchen setup is honestly the best I've ever seen.
Sam

We had a fantastic stay at this house for our family gathering of 14 celebrating a big birthday. The place is super spacious, with two comfy sitting rooms, a large dining areaand a big kitchen, perfect for everyone. All the bedrooms are a good size, most with en-suites, which was handy. The views over the estuary to Appledore are simply breathtakingand we got lucky with the weather-lots of sunshine! Instow is a charming spot with great pubs and a lovely deli. Would definitely return!
