The cottage was very dated and in need of some updating especially for the rating given for our visit it was not cleaned to an acceptable standard - we have spent the last 30 years rented accommodation in Cornwall and this was the worst for cleanliness - the furniture had not been moved some rubbish and dirt where trapped behind items like sofas under the bed etc - there were spider webs and flies in then glass panel above the rear door - we found a nail in the hallway and childrenâ??s toy under the sofa - not a great experience. We love coming to Padstow for the half term May break each year and my only criticism is that they don't give you first refusal on that same house and week break for the following year like other companies do. As we def would book again and again for the same house each year

Lovely position in town, easy reach to stroll to the harbour and shops, parking is available and can be booked for the week at the harbour via parking app, we were off peak so parking was always easy. Cottage is well equipped with very comfortable rooms, an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs shower room WC very handy for families, also has a lovely little back garden.
