Alternatively, wander through nearby Northam Burrows Country Park, where walking trails weave through dunes, grassland and open coastal scenery. Enter into a spacious and welcoming hallway, where the property's clever reverse-level design begins to unfold. Three of the four bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, making them easily accessible. The first is a king-size room complete with its own en-suite shower room, while the second is a comfortable double, also benefiting from an en-suite shower room. A further double bedroom sits alongside the sleek family bathroom, which includes a shower over the bath. Completing this floor is a practical utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, the fourth bedroom is an inviting super-king-size room, accompanied by an en-suite shower room. The first floor hosts a bright, elegant open-plan living area, where the lounge, kitchen and dining area create a sociable hub for spending time together.
