Comfortable, well equipped house with tranquil views and plentiful walks on the doorstep. Will be back whenever we can!
Susan
A spacious cottage, well off the beaten track. Lovely views and surrounded by a working livestock farm. Well equipped kitchen and 2 sitting rooms and a small dog-secure garden. The free roaming cows and calves meant walking the dog wasn't easy but the nesting house martins kept us entertained.

This is a lovely comfortable house with great views (when the mist isn't down) and worth the narrow lane to get there.

Black Patch, it was really a Beautiful Patch. The scenery was magnificent as this property enjoys an elevated position. A short walk up a nearby hill, then you can almost see the whole of Wales. With the sheep and cows around you, it was a pleasant experience. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was above my expectations.

Black Patch is a spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable cottage with unparalleled views in almost every direction. It is located in superb walking country.
Richard
A delightfully peaceful & cosy retreat with lovely views. If you need to escape the world for peace & quiet then this is the place. A surprisingly spacious layout upstairs and down, large enough for a big family or even groups of friends. The minute I walked through the door, I wanted to retire from work and live in Black Patch. I would love to go back...
