Nicholaston Cottage is a picture perfect, 5-star, pet-friendly holiday home with private gardens and stunning views over the South Gower coastline. Four bedrooms offer spacious accommodation for up to 8 guests whilst a number of reception rooms, a table tennis table, snooker table and an open plan kitchen/diner will bring friends and family together to relax and enjoy in this beautiful part of Gower. Oxwich Bay, one of Gower's largest sandy beaches, is a pleasant 15-minute walk from the house and is dog-friendly all year round. At the western end of Oxwich Bay is Three Cliffs Bay, an iconic outcrop of three limestone cliffs standing proud over the sands below it. There are some fantastic options for dining out, with a choice of restaurants just 5 minutes' drive into Oxwich, nearby in Reynoldston or in the opposite direction to Parkmill or the village of Southgate. The location of the home gives you many walking options throughout the year; the Gower Way passes close to the house offering beautiful panoramic views towards Devon in the south and the Black Mountains in the north. Three Cliffs Bay and Oxwich Bay offer a plethora of walks for every ability with gentle walks along the beach or for the more adventurous why not explore the giant sand dunes either side of Three Cliffs valley (most children's favourite!). Perriswood Archery and Falconry Centre can be found just down the road and there is also a local convenience store with selected products close by.
