Lavender House Hunstanton Reviews

Linda
3 generations stayed in this lovely house and we all had use of lovely bathrooms done to a very high standard. Perfect for a week away and some lovely walks
Susan
Lavender House is an excellent stay, easy walking distance to Old Hunstanton and into town, very well equipped and comfortable, secure garden for dogs and children! The welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Hopefully weâ??ll stay there again at some point.
Norman
We had a great holiday. Six adults and three cars were very comfortable. Thank you for letting us stay in your holiday home.
Stacy
Our stay at Lavender House was very enjoyable. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise! Great size house, accommodated 6 adults (3 generations easily) and 1 dog. The house was very clean, fully equipped kitchen and parking for 2 cars, could possibly fit 3 at a squeeze. Fantastic location, 10 minute walk to the beach, pubs and cafes. Great sunsets in the evening to finish off your day. Would definitely go back!
Anna
Very spacious, clean and well equipped cottage in close proximity to town and beach. It's on a busy main road and has lots of steep stairs to be aware of though.
Sidney
Very comfortable property. Good location for Hunstanton and Old Hunstanton. Both walkable.
Bev
Excellent location. Three generations stayed and we were able to walk everywhere. Favourite place for the three year old was the cafe down on the seafront by the bowls green and the 2p machines! The welcome pack with local products was appreciated by all. Also the 'washing up pack' (washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, J cloth, scourer, bin bag and tea towels) was very useful. Very well equipped.
Nola
Lovely, large house with really good size bedrooms and excellent bathrooms. The kitchen had plenty of crockery and everything you might need. The welcome pack was excellent - thank you. Comfy sitting room. Only really let down by the outside which could do with some TLC. The parking is fine for one large car - best to reverse on as quite a busy road but can only do this from one direction (need to turn around in the next street to face the right way). The balcony area isnâ??t really suitable for use - faces the main road so too noisy and it wasnâ??t very clean so didnâ??t look inviting. The location is really good for walking into Hunstanton. Not so nice walking to Old Hunstanton as along the main road. Overall we had a lovely stay and would stay again if coming to Hunstanton.
Leslie
The house was excellent we all had a great time and the location just 10 minutes from the beach was perfect.
Rebecca
A cosy house for family's to have a holiday away together, has everything you need and a short walk to town and beach.
Nicola
A lovely house well set up for eight people. The bathrooms are excellent, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen and lounge filled all our requirements. We were three generations of the family (all adults) celebrating my husbandâ??s 80th birthday and all of us were well-suited with the accommodation. The location is very good with the beach and the town within walking distance.
Sheila
Lovely house and well equipped.
Colin
A good location and a nice old house to stay in. Perfect heating system along with pressurised hot water cylinder giving good showers and ample hot water. Managed to get two BMWs and a mini on the drive. Very spacious, high ceilings, nicely decorated and very well furnished.
Darius
Excellent location both for walking to the seafront and into town whilst being next to the main road so quick to get to the coast and places south and west.
Pamela
Lovely stay in a beautiful area of norfolk. Coastal walks, rspb sites, nature reserves, Holkham Hall all very close. House well equipped and v comfortable. Great for dogs... enclosed garden.
James
Well placed for the town and the beach. Well equipped and comfortable. We had two small children with us and it worked well with two stairgates and a safe small garden. The welcome pack was a nice touch.
Lindsay
We had such a lovely family holiday here. A very spacious house and a very homely feel. Each bedroom was decorated to high standards. We would highly recommend
Rebecca
Very spacious house, extremely clean and pleasantly decorated. Spread out over 3 floors, with a handy porch and downstairs toilet it's great for multi-generation family holidays. The rear courtyard is well equipped with garden furniture to catch the afternoon sunshine. Located on the main coastal road there is some traffic nurse but this was not a big issue. Kitchen very well equipped. Living room seats only 5/6 in true comfort, as the armchairs are more occasional chairs.
Carol
Lavender House is a lovely house. Easy walking distance to new and old Hunstanton. One of the best properties we have stayed in. Had a lovely holiday.
Teresa
Lavender House is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in, an absolute delight in every aspect. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!
Joanne
the property is just on the outskirts of Hunstanton with easy walking access to both Old and new Hunstanton. It has a bathroom for each room which was wonderful and a downstairs loo! in the heat the property was a haven of cool and the small garden area a great place for the family to lunch. The parking outside was sufficient for two large family cars and despite being on the main Cromer Rd easy to drive in and out - and little traffic noise once in the property. This property has everything that we could have needed as a place to explore North Norfolk.
Helen
This is a spacious and well-equipped property which was ideal for our family get-away. The en-suites were perfect for allowing privacy for our adult children and their partners. The location is excellent.
Szymon-P
It's a very nice and big holiday house:)
Kay
A lovely house in a great location. Easy walking distance to Hunstanton and Old Hunstanton. A well equipped kitchen, great bathrooms I.e. one per bedroom, and comfortable beds. A real home from home, plus we managed to park three cars on the drive.
