Wedgewood is a stylish and modern open plan home designed in the early ‘60s by a renowned local Architect in the modernist style - offering beautiful flexible spaces with harmonious blend of contemporary and original features. Zonal lighting in the large living area and outside terrace allows you to create the perfect ambience as evening falls. Enter this stunning property and find yourself in the light and spacious hallway, with a large built-in cloakroom for storing coats and shoes, situated here is a separate handy WC. Heading down the hallway you will find the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with comfy seating and Smart TV with Sky Q.. The lounge offers an open fire in the original feature fire place, this is the perfect place to relax and entertain your family and friends. A high end music streamer allows you to stream your favourite music smart devices, Spotify or tidal accounts or enjoy in the HD internet radio, all with stunning room filling sound quality. You can cook up a feast in the contemporary fitted kitchen with electric oven, gas/induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area is big enough for everybody and is the ideal space for those all-important family meals, or if you simply just want some quiet reading time the study/reading area is the perfect spot. Heading further into the property you will find the four bedrooms, one super-king-size zip-and-links (which can be made up as twins on request), two king-size and one double. Finishing the accommodation is the large bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Heading outside to the large south facing garden with lawn and patio, perfect for dining alfresco and enjoying the stunning views across the valley. A large sloping driveway, recently updated in March 2025, leading to a covered car port with private off-road parking for up to three cars.
