About Chapman House

Chapman House is a beautifully converted 18th-century stables and coach house sleeping 10 guests in Fairy Cross, near Bideford, Devon. This spacious property sits within Chiddlecombe Holiday Cottages' 20 acres of woodland and pasture. Breathtaking sea views stretch across the North Devon coastline to Lundy Island and the Atlantic Ocean. The property features shared facilities including a games room with pool table, dart board and table tennis, plus a tennis court.

The location offers easy access to famous surfing beaches and coastal walks. Rolling Devon countryside surrounds the property with sheep grazing in nearby pastures.

Accommodation includes four bedrooms: two kingsize rooms with Freeview TVs (one with ensuite shower and toilet, one with ensuite shower) and two twin rooms with Freeview TVs. There are three bathrooms total, including a main bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The first-floor living room has a 40" Freeview Smart TV and woodburning stove.
