The lower ground floor has two kingsize bedrooms with French doors to the patio. Ground floor bedroom 3 has twin singles with balcony access. First floor bedroom 4 features a super kingsize bed with spa bath ensuite. Bedroom 5 has a double bed. Bedroom 6 has two small singles for children only. Two living rooms, a dining room and a conservatory breakfast room provide excellent social spaces.

Teignmouth and Shaldon are both 5 minutes by car. Paignton Zoo (20 minutes) makes a brilliant day out. Babbacombe Model Village (1.5 miles, 5 minutes) fascinates all ages. Cockington Country Park (15 minutes) offers walking trails and historic buildings.

Cliff Lodge works brilliantly for celebrations and family gatherings. The pool complex, games room and hot tub keep everyone entertained. Sea views and coastal walks complete the package.
