The upper sitting room boasts splendid views and is the perfect spot to relax, there is also table football for children of all ages. Three of the four bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, with the master boasting a wooden-framed king-size bed, bedside units, dressing table and a large en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating. The further two double bedrooms also boast king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is a twin room on the first floor, featuring two double beds and an en-suite bathroom. Outside you can enjoy the stylish garden suite, perfect for enjoying an evening wine and taking in the views. For the warmer days, sun loungers are available to soak up the Devon sun on the well-kept lawn. A short walk will take you to the coastal village of Thurlestone, offering golf course and two beaches. Further afield, the famous coastal town of Salcombe awaits, packed full of unique shops and pubs, perfect for a day out. For a fun day out for all the family, there a a number of sandy beaches close by, South Milton boasts the Beach House, perfect for sunny lunches and cocktails at sundown. Hope Cove is a pretty village where you can enjoy lunch in a 'pod' and paddle on the sea. Salcombe is not far away and the market town of Kingsbridge welcomes you with a good choice of restaurants and shops.
