Best of all we all loved being able to walk out onto the coastal path - either into town or to Beeston Bump. The annexe was also lovely and self contained.

This is a comfortable, well equipped house in a quiet location within 10 minutes walk of Sheringham High Street, with the option of walking straight out onto the cliff tops and joining the coastal path. A good base to explore this part of Norfolk .

A well equipped, comfortable and very spacious property ideally situated a short walk from Sheringham town centre. We were a multi generational party and appreciated the self contained suite in the garden which enabled us all to holiday together but also have our own privacy. Appreciated the kids toys and we all got hooked on trying to complete one of the 1000 piece jigsaws.

A beautiful house in an ideal location with a lovely coastal walk behind the garden to Sheringham. Watching the sunset from the top of the hill behind the house was a wonderful experience. A bonus was the welcome pack on our arrival. The Norfolk tea and cookies were especially nice. Even managed to complete one of the jigsaws over several evenings. The family had a wonderful holiday.

Gorgeous house and perfect for a winter break. The location is great with easy access to the costal path. The house is well equipped, very comfortable, cosy and spotlessly clean. We used the annex as well as and it worked as the perfect hideaway for a teenager. Nice touch to have a Christmas tree and there was an amazing hamper of goodies to greet us on arrival. Would definitely recommend.
