Stuart
This house is in a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the river. We hired a boat for the week and was a fantastic change from driving. Fowey is 20mins one way and Lerryn and Lostwithiel the other. We would definitely use this place again.
Debbie
Clovertown is an absolutely beautiful house. The grounds are absolutely idilic and you can spend hours Lodge for 8 in Westward Ho out in the garden and walking down to the waters edge. Having your morning coffee in the conservatory looking out towards the Fowey river was so relaxing and having a tipple in the garden watching the boats sail pass and listening to the birds was Tranquil. We took our badminton and croquet set and had had lots fun playing in the garden. There is a good amount of facilities at Clovertown to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We would highly recommend Clovertown and would stay there again.
Kate
Fabulous house in a great location. Access to the river was brilliant and well used by us all taking the paddle board out and swimming. Theres a gate to stop the dog getting down to the water which was great. The dog loved the garden as we all did. Lovely walks and runs nearby and not far to the coast. Great to sit in the conservatory and admire Spacious Lodge for 8 in Wells-next-the-Sea across the river when it was too cool or wet to sit outside. We had a wonderful week and can imagine weâ??ll be back again.
S
Lovely stay at Clovertown. The children loved the beach and garden. Well equipped house and a perfect location for us. We enjoyed feeding the huge variety of birds and the walk to Lerryn through the woods.
Patricia Anne
This was our second stay at Clovertown and it didnâ??t disappoint. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and set in an idyllic location overlooking the river. We enjoyed fabulous walks straight from the property and on the coast path near by. As there is a mooring just below the house, we hired a boat again and really enjoyed trips on the river including going over to Golant and up to Lerryn for evening meals. Our dog had a great time too and we love the fact that the garden is totally secure. Clovertown is a very special place and a third visit is a definite possibility !
