The Haven, Lowestoft

The Haven is a spacious house in Lowestoft, Suffolk. Less than 500 yards from the award-winning beach, it sleeps 16 guests comfortably. Recently refurbished in 2023, this property keeps its original stained glass front door and high ceilings. Two living rooms with Smart TVs give groups plenty of space to spread out. The enclosed back garden has a large patio with furniture and a balcony overlooking the seafront.

Lowestoft sits on the Suffolk Heritage Coast with easy access to the Norfolk Broads National Park. Kensington Gardens is a five-minute walk away. The town has restaurants, pubs and shops all close by. The railway station connects to Norwich in 38 minutes.

Ground floor has two living rooms, a kitchen-dining room with breakfast bar, range, microwave, American fridge freezer and two dishwashers. First floor holds three bedrooms: two super kingsize and one double, plus a bathroom and shower room. Second floor has four bedrooms including zip-and-link super kingsize, two twin rooms (one with pull-out bed) and bunks. Bathrooms serve all guests well.

Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park (3 miles, 10 minutes) offers rides for all ages. Africa Alive (8 miles, 15 minutes) brings wildlife encounters. Somerleyton Hall and Gardens (6 miles, 12 minutes) showcases Victorian architecture and 12 acres of grounds. Oulton Broad (3 miles, 8 minutes) provides boating and waterside walks.

This seafront property works brilliantly for multi-family gatherings and large group celebrations. Two pets stay free. Parking for two cars on site with additional road parking available.
