This modern, 4-bedroom holiday cottage is located on the edge of Port Eynon beach - one of the most famous on Gower. The holiday home has been designed to take full advantage of the wonderful southerly location and sea views. The living areas are on the first floor to take advantage of the seaside views, with bedrooms on the ground floor. They are separated from the public walk way by an enclosed garden with individual patios. The holiday homes have been built and furnished with great care by the owner and offer attractive holiday accommodation. Accommodation Ground Floor Master Bedroom: King size bed, built-in wardrobe and an en suite shower room, with wash hand basin, and WC. Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds, built-in wardrobes and patio doors leading out onto the lawn.

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds, built-in wardrobes and patio doors leading out onto the lawn. Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds and hanging space. Family Bathroom: 3-piece suite and shower over the bath. First Floor Reception/Dining Area: Soft seating for 7, a dining table and chairs, TV/DVD player, WiFi and patio doors leading onto a balcony, overlooking the sea. Kitchen: Well-equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Bedroom 4: 2 x single beds and hanging space. Cloakroom: WC and hand basin. External: Off road parking and a southerly facing lawned garden. Sleeps 8: 1 King, 3 Twin C/O day - Fri. Oil CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. Off street parking for 2 cars. Coin operated telephone. Travel cot, highchair & stairgate available on request. Pets accepted (£100 refundable bond is required when pet is in party). No smoking
