Lounge on the sun terrace in the summer or toast by a roaring wood burner after bracing winter walks. Discover a bright, modern interior that has been cleverly designed to make the most of its superb position. At ground-floor level, the kitchen/diner flows seamlessly on to the sun terrace when the weather is warm enough open the bi-folding doors. Prepare tasty meals, make cups of fresh coffee and pour glasses of wine to enjoy in front of the TV or out in the sunshine. Also at this level are a utility room and WC. Venture up to the first floor to find the lounge, with its wood burner, TV and picture window overlooking the river. There is also a study, with TV, on this floor. A double bedroom and a king-size bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms, are on the second floor, together with a family bathroom, while two twin rooms and a WC are on the floor above. Relax on the terrace on fine days, lighting the BBQ and gazing out across to Polruan. Guests can unload at the property; parking is in a pay car park 350 metres away. Potter in the shops, browse in the galleries and dine out on fresh seafood in Fowey. Stroll just 50 metres to take a ferry over to Polruan, where you can wander the pretty streets here too and see the castle. Pick up the South West Coast Path in Polruan and embark upon a circular 8-mile walk to Polperro.
