The Tides Reviews

Christina
Beautiful house, very well equipped and furnished. Lovely big comfy beds and great location Loved it. x
Sarah
Beautifully furnished house, plenty of space for ten of us to enjoy the rooms without feeling we were on top of each other. The bedrooms were perfect and beds very comfortable. The house is close to high street and beachfront, perfect for nipping to the shops or going down to the sea. We will be wanting to do it all again next year!
Anne
What a fantastic house. Just spent a few days at The Tides . An oasis next to all the amenities for a seaside holiday. The house is beautifully appointed with all the essentials you need. Lots of room for a family of 10 to socialise. Large kitchen, lovely through lounge diner & large bedrooms with 4 good bathrooms (1 ensuite). Also a lovely outside courtyard. Only minutes to walk to town & beach, with an added bonus of a coastal rail station. Thank-you we had a fantastic few days.
Clive
This is a great property, easy walking distance to the beach and to the high street with plenty of pubs, restaurants, take-aways and amusement arcades. The house itself is great, lots of space and, importantly, very comfortable beds; the big dining table is perfect for family meals (there were 6 of us plus a baby) with ample crockery etc. This was our third visit to this property so I can't say fairer than that!
Frances
A great house and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sheringham. The space worked well for 6 adults and 4 teens. It was brilliant to be so close to the beach so kids could come and go as they pleased. The beds were amazing and we all slept amazingly. Thank you.
Amanda

Sarah
The Tides is the perfect place for a holiday for family or groups of friends. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and really practical spaces downstairs. Just minutes from the beach and excellent ice creams, there is also a SainsburyΓ’??s. Further afield, there are lots of interesting and fun places to visit.
Priscilla
Great location, well equipped, lovely decor. Thank you!
Rachel
The Tides is a beautifully presented house in an ideal location for shopping, restaurants and coastal walks. We couldn't fault the accommodation, the owners had thought of everything, the beds were comfortable with good quality linen and the rooms had been styled very tastefully. We loved the location for ease of shopping, eating out and for frequent walks along the seafront, we were also pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. Would highly recommend this property.
Paula
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in the house. It was perfect a size for our 3 families to celebrate a special birthday. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept really well. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The jacuzzi bath was a lovely extra! The location was so good. Handy to get to the shops, cafes and pubs and being so close to the beach was a real treat. We would highly recommend this property.
Jane
This is a fabulous property over 3 floors, spotlessly clean and ample room for 10 people in all areas (enough sofa space with a big TV, dining table seats 12 and comfortable spacious bedrooms). Kitchen is very well equipped, with a handy utility room and downstairs toilet / shower room. The location is just perfect, 2 mins to the seafront and high street for Sainsburys local and coffee shops. This is our 3rd stay over Christmas at this property and would not hesitate to recommend it.
Elizabeth
This is a fantastic house. Large with plenty of space in the bedrooms and downstairs. A lovely through lounge with a large dining room table and another kitchen table. Great for kids . We had a craft table set up in the kitchen and we could all eat next door. Seems to be in a quieter area of Sheringham and 5 mins to the beach . The house is beautifully maintained and very well equipped. We had 4-5 years olds so they could walk to the beach . We loved the shell museum and the beach cafes Γ’?Β¦ great for breakfast . I would highly recommend this house it is situated in a splendid location for young families.
Louise
We enjoyed our stay at The Tides. The house is well kitted out and very centrally located for the town and itΓ’??s a hop, skip and a jump to the beach.
Clive
This is a great place to stay, comfortable and well equipped. It's very close to everything you need on a seaside holiday, i.e., the beach, the sea, several pubs and a plethora of sit down and take away restaurants.
Stephen
This is a very good location for a large family. It is close to the beach and central to the town and its shops.
Karen
Our holiday house (The Tides) was great for a week's stay with the family. The location was wonderful - so near the town and the sea. The house was really well equipped, especially the kitchen. We appreciated the constant hot water and the number of bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. We loved it and would highly recommend it for a family group.
Abigail
We really enjoyed our stay at The Tides, 4 adults and 6 children. Very comfortable and clean. Great location for walking into Sherringham and getting to the beach and back. Nice outdoor space and all the necessities. Thanks for a lovely stay
Philip
We were delighted with all aspects of the house. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen, wonderful beds, superb location a minute's walk from the beach, quiet road, easy parking in the car park opposite, easy access to shops, nicely presented. Sheringham itself is a very pleasant little town and well located for accessing other attractions in the area.
