Tanat House, Nantmawr

We had a big preChristmas family gettogether, and Tanat House was the perfect location for this. The house itself is beautiful, with lots of different spaces, and everything is in great condition. The hot tub and games room were very popular, and provided lots of entertainment, whilst the lovely lounge and dining room were the perfect size to get everyone in. All the bedrooms were well appointed with comfy beds. The house had everything you needed, with lovely views and walks on the doorstep. The owner lives next door and was very friendly and helpful, and had kindly decorated the house for Christmas. All in, it was a lovely break, and we hope to come back!

8 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 older children and 3 dogs all had a fantastic stay at Tanat House to celebrate a big birthday and New Year! The house is beautiful and very well designed with plenty of space for everyone to be together but also with enough space for the younger ones to go off and do their own thing, either in the games room or one of the lounges. There are spectacular views all around and the owner is close by to give any help and tips to make the most of the local area. The house is well equipped and felt warm and cosy, which you wouldn't always expect with such a large space to heat up. We'd all definitely recommend a stay here and look forward to coming back another time.

We have just returned from a family weekend away at Tanat House. We are a family of 12 adults and this property was fantastic for us to be together. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all excellent and the living space enabled us to enjoy each others company and eat together around the lovely big table. The weather was kind to us and we were able to get out and enjoy a couple of nice circular walks from the house without having to use our cars. The owner was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed at the house, he even put the Christmas tree up for us which was a lovely touch.

Over the last 10 years we have booked a cottage for a joint family get together including twelve people and ages from 8 to 80. This is one of the best we have stayed in for a number of reasons including space and comfort we could all enjoy a meal together in the fabulous kitchen diner, all of the bedrooms are a good size with double beds and the quality of the accommodation was very high. We will book again and would highly recommend.

It is a truly exquisite house with stunning views and a house managerowner that could not do enough to help. Each room has magnificent features and you can see the love and care that has been poured in every inch of this house. We had the most amazing time and have created memories to cherish. Thank you.

A fabulous holiday home in a great location. Even though its a large house it was lovely and warm with such a variety of rooms to suit all the family. The hot tub was a sheer delight and there were lots of attractions nearby to entertain the family. Wed definitely recommend this house.

What an amazing get away home from home. We celebrated our mums 80th birthday and could not have asked for more with this house. A great host who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Tanat House is the most well equipped house we have booked, link that with a anm rooms and gardens and you have the perfect get away! We will definitely go back!

Fantastic place to stay and very good host. We had a really good time even when it rained heavily all day. The games room saved the day. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to get friends or family together for a weekend.

My family get together each year on a weekend in September, there are 12 of us ranging from 13 to 73. Tanat house is a spacious well thought property that allowed for an absolutely amazing weekend for the whole family. Sports room for the men and boys with a snug sitting area next to it, both with tvs allowing for chat and gamesmanship to flow smoothly. A large relaxing sitting lounge room with amazing views and without tv to facilitate family catchup chat. A most amazing kitchen that provided a hub for food drink and laughter with a table area that provided enough room for the whole family to sit and play various table games at the same time and of course allow us all to sit and eat a family meals. The quality we were amazed by was that each area of the house including the bedrooms, bathrooms and shower rooms did cater for the size of our party which is rare. This beautiful house has given us some fabulous memories to treasure. The owner can be very proud of what they have achieved

Beautiful house in a lovely setting. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms and sitting rooms. A games room with quirky features and a playroom for younger children complete with games and toys and a dressing up box. The owner was very personable and welcoming. The one very tiny remark is that one of the double rooms be altered to a twin room as this would serve a large family with children better. Highly recommended.

Wow 8 of us and a dog had a wonderful stay. Loved sitting outside in the evenings. Property had everything, kitchen was a focal point for us. Thank you to the owners who were super helpful even being overseas. After great days out it was always nice to head back to the property and have a glass of wine taking in the view from the hottub. WOW WOW WOW! Everything about this property is perfect. Beautifully decorated with tasteful furnishings. The secret entrance to the games room is an inspired addition. The kitchen and dining area were absolutely perfect for our gathering. There was nothing missing that we needed. The owner responded quickly to a couple of questions and was always available via whattsapp. We hired Rodriguez Events to prepare and cook a magnificent Greek style sharing menu. I can wholeheartedly recommend them when staying at Tanat House. The hot tub, garden seating area and the expanse of grass for games were also great. OH AND THE VIEWS!! WOW!. We will be back I am certain. Thank you D your house is incredible.

Amazing property. Even better than we expected. Myself and 12 friends came to celebrate my 40th birthday. Beautiful property and surroundings. The house has everything you could need during your stay, even an airfryer! I didn't meet the owner myself but my friends who met him said he was very helpful and friendly. Everyone said the beds were very comfy. We will definitely be booking future get togethers here.

We booked Tanat House for my sisters hendo and it couldnt have been more perfect. The moment we arrived, we were blown away the house has wowfactor, with highend finishes and gorgeous decor. It was fresh, spotless, and fully kitted out with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend. The views were breathtaking and made every morning feel extra special. We honestly had the best time and made such lovely memories here. The owner was fantastic quick to respond and super helpful with any little thing we needed. 5. Absolutely perfect! Tanat House has everything you need and more. A stunning house, with beautiful architecture, endless views and nearby walks. We stayed as a family of 9 adults and 4 children aged 8 to 12 and there was more than enough for us to do. Plenty of games, board games, table tennis, pool table, hot tub, big spacious kitchendining area and lounges big enough for everyone. Theres also a large garden and a football area with a goal. The house was immaculate and the bedrooms were all a great size and beautifully decorated. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured we had an enjoyable stay. Im so glad I found Tanat House. I cannot recommend it enough!

We have just returned from spending the Easter weekend at Tanat House with our family. aged from 1176 where lots of wonderful memories were made. What an amazing property! Everyone was stunned at the beauty of the house and the location. The views were absolutely beautiful. The house itself was fantastic. So many great features. The hidden games room alongside a nice cosy smaller lounge was brilliant and enjoyed by all . Had many games of pool and table tennis. A lot of choice of rooms to spend your time in . A great open plan kitchendining room where we spent many hours all together. The more formal lounge was good though we did not have enough time to spend in there as so busy with the other things on offer! All the bedrooms were good and showers were great. The hot tub was popular and the open outdoor space was great where we had egg and spoon races on Easter Sunday along with playing football etc. as well as taking in the gorgeous views around us. There were so many other added extras including a lovely welcome pack and flowers.Had everything we needed for a great 3 nights and the owner very welcoming. Thank you

The owner is very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The house has great facilities with the games room, hot tub and large garden for playing games the house is well stocked with games equipment too. Our host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches a birthday card, some wine, and other little surprises made the experience even more special. Our family of 11 adults and two babies stayed here for the weekend 212 232, what a beautiful house, the exterior was a wow factor and then the interior was even more so! Everything you can wish for was here, so many cleaning products, kitchenware and gadgets to make our stay like home. 7 stunning bedrooms, huge kitchen, games room, hot tub and plenty of toiletsbathrooms. The house was lovely and warm with under floor heating, log burners and central heating. We all had good fun in the games room of an evening with a tv in the snug room just off it there was plenty of settee space for us all! The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the birthday weekend away and said it was one of the best modern properties we had rented out over many years, due to the house having everything we needed and plenty more. Highly recommend Tanat House for a rental and will hopefully be returning next year.
