The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen, dining room with piano, two sitting rooms with wood burning stoves and a games room.

Dartmouth Castle is 10 minutes away on foot. Blackpool Sands beach sits 4 miles away (8 minutes). Totnes is 12 miles distant (25 minutes). The Dartmouth Steam Railway runs to Paignton (30 minutes).
