House was very clean and warm. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Close to activities and the beach just a short drive away
Jillian
Property is in an excellent location, great for exploring North Norfolk . Loved the pool and playground. Unfortunately we had an issue with the downstairs loo which was not resolved while we were there. The whole property needs some TLC and maintenance . Response from holidaycottages.co.uk: Thank you for your review. We can confirm that we will discuss this with the owner.
Nichola
This is a great location, access to the pool once a day is great. We loved being able to have the pool to ourselves. The property was really well resourced in the kitchen, so I could actually cook meals. So often self catering doesn't provide the pans/trays/spoons etc but this one was great. Property had 4 lovely bedrooms, we only needed 3.
Judith
A very well equipped and spacious property in a good position for exploring the Cromer area. The property is in need of updating as some of the fixtures were broken and not clean. The layout also caused us problems as the garden is not attached but across a driveway. Some of the bedroom windows open directly onto neighbouring gardens which was a problem in hot weather when they had late night parties. We did have very prompt responses when we raised two issues which was greatly appreciated. On the plus side, we loved the pool and playground area. We also appreciated using the very well equipped kitchen and the large sitting and dining area. Response from holidaycottages.co.uk: Thank you for your review. We can confirm that we will discuss this with the owner.
Ruth
Really enjoyed our stay. Great location would certainly look to book again.
Stephen
Blickling was adequate for our needs but needed some TLC as the downstairs felt and looked tired. Response from holidaycottages.co.uk: Thank you for your review. We can confirm that we will discuss this with the owner.
Helen
This is a lovely, spacious property, which is very well equipped. Very central for Cromer, Sheringham and Wells. Playground would be better if there was a swing and slide for younger children...my 2 year old granddaughter was disappointed everything there was too big for her.
Anne
Very comfortable and well maintained cottage in an ideal location.
Julie
A great location, away from it all but very near to Cromer and many facilities. A lovely site with the bonus of a swimming pool which, as a family, we used daily. Well presented property, plenty of room for our family of 8. Would definitely recommend this property.
Gary
Fantastic heated swimming pool. Bookable on a daily basis per cottage. Sadly not open for early or late swimmers (closed/ locked at 6.30pm). Very responsive host/owners for some minor issues/repairs that were needed. Great location near National Trust/beaches. Despite being November the cottage was warm. Great to have free access to washing machines and dryer especially if you have children with you. Take beach/swimming towels and washing soap. Although several major supermarkets are only 2 miles away. We highly recommend this place.
Colin
The Barn was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The pool was superb and the location was excellent with a number of beaches within a short drive. Cromer offers a good variety of shops from a supermarket to local butchers and bakery. Sheringham is worth a visit for the number of ice cream shops alone. There are a good number of pubs, restaurants and cafes to choose from in and around Cromer. Overall we had a great holiday and will be back
Patricia
We had a lovely holiday. The pool was very good, we used it daily. There was lots to do in the area, a lovely location. We are considering going back next year, still lots we haven't done. The cottage was very comfortable.
Ian
The location was ideal as it allowed us choice of many places to go to within half an hours drive max
