About Riverside House

Frogmore was once a busy port. Now it's a thriving village with a bakery, café, shop and pub. The property overlooks Frogmore Creek with waterside and countryside views all around.

The ground floor has one double bedroom with TV and a shower room. Upstairs are three more bedrooms: one king-size, one flexible king-size/twin zip-and-link and one double. All upstairs rooms have TVs and estuary views. There's a family bathroom with shower over bath plus a separate downstairs WC. The country kitchen features underfloor heating and top appliances. The living room has solid oak flooring, a wood burner and bi-fold doors opening onto a south-facing balcony.

Salcombe beach resort is seven miles away (15 minutes). Visit Dartmouth Castle (8 miles, 20 minutes), Slapton Sands (9 miles, 20 minutes) or Blackpool Sands (7 miles, 18 minutes). Kingsbridge town centre is just 2 miles away (6 minutes).

Riverside House offers three kayaks and private slipway access to Frogmore Creek. The four-level garden has three lawns, two patios and a summerhouse with garden games. Perfect for active families wanting water sports and South Hams exploration.
