Hilary
Weâ??ve stayed at Merlyn a few times, itâ??s in a different great location and offers very spacious accommodation. The garden is great if you have dogs because itâ??s fully enclosed and secure and having tiled floors downstairs is also very practical.
Brian
Cottage is located in a very good position for walking into Porthleven. The kitchen facilities were excellent and there was plenty of crockery etc. Outside the garden area was secure for our inquisitive Cocker spaniel. Bedrooms and lounge areas were perfect.
Elaine
This is a lovely, well equipped house with the added bonus of two parking spaces. The enclosed garden was great for the dogs and the house is an easy walk down to the harbour side. Porthleven is a great place to stay with lots of lovely pubs and restaurants and is within an easy drive of places to visit. I would definitely recommend staying at this house. The cream tea and little welcome pack were a lovely added bonus - thank you so much.
Samantha
We had an amazing stay and will defo be back
Stewart
A lovely big property in a great location in the picturesque town of Porthleven in a lovely part of Cornwall. The garden is well enclosed, ideal for our dog, who would find a way out if he could! A short walk from the harbour and great food places. Nauti Pizza and Catch fish and chips are recommended. The house is well provisioned, comfortable and spacious. It has a few areas that could do with a bit of cosmetic attention but nothing of great concern. There is a car park at the rear of the property, which was a bit noisy as people used it in the early mornings, but other than that a peaceful location considering it's in the town.
Duncan
Lovely house with off street parking and a short walk to the harbour. Ample room for a large family or a few friends. Well equipped and has a nice small secure garden which is handy for a four legged friend. We will be back for sure
Sue
The property is exactly as described. It is in the perfect location to explore Porthleven on foot and great space for all the family. Very clean and comfortable.
Phil
This house is only a few minutes walk from this lovely village harbour and beach with all of its lovely shops, restaurants and hostelries. Particularly recommend the Harbour Inn for relaxed dining. It is spacious enough for a large family with a lovely big open kitchen dining room with a lovely big table to seat at least 7 people. It is comfortable warm well equipped and has off street parking. A good enclosed garden if you have pets. The only big disappointment having stayed over the Christmas period with our family including young grandsons that there was no Christmas decorations or tree provided in the property. ,
Jayne
