Penrose Bude Reviews

Tracey
We enjoyed a late autumn break here as a family group. The property was spotless on arrival and there was a welcome pack which was also a nice touch.Penrose is a good size with plenty of seating and an extremely well equipped kitchen. The outside space is completely dog proof and would no doubt be lovely in warmer weather. A 5 minute walk to Crooklets and town. Plenty of parking too. We would happily return.
Vanessa
A lovely home from home feel, comfy sofaâ??s just what you need after a long walk. Stayed at many holiday homes and this is one of the best, very clean and well equipped and great location
Christine
We had a lovely holiday, the location is perfect for walking to beach and town, little extras like the beach cart, chairs and windbreaks were really useful, property was very clean ,and plenty of space for us as a family of 6, we would definitely return here again
Anton Barry
Great place to stay handy for the beach and town, good to have off road parking for 2 cars
Susan
Clean, comfortable and in a very good location for reaching all of Bude. The outside space is very usable and the driveway a bonus on a street that has a lot of parked cars. We had a very enjoyable stay in this property. The welcome pack was much appreciated. Many thanks.
Chris
Really good accommodation - well appointed kitchen with literally everything you could need. Large living room and comfy beds. Probably the most comfortable holiday home I have stayed in - a real home from home. Lots of added extras you donâ??t normally get and great for dogs with a properly secure garden. And the location is perfect on a quiet residential road with parking just a short walk to the beaches and the town. A great stay.
Emma
Great location, lovely house. Lovely welcome pack, very sweet touch to leave treats for the dogs. Very well equipped and clearly the owner has taken a lot of care to make it a home from home.
Margaret
The property was very well equipped and very comfortable. The beds in all rooms were especially comfortable The whole of the dwelling was spotless when we took over the dwelling
Viv
This is a beautifully presented home - spotlessly clean and the decor and furnishings are lovely. Everything you could need is there - it's a real home from home. It's ideally located - close to the beach and the town. Having a parking space is particularly useful on this road. Lots of hot water, really great shower in the bathroom (we didn't use the shower in the main bedroom so no opinion on that), Smart TV worked well, furniture coverings for the dogs are provided which is really kind and saves having to pack bulky covers. There were beach chairs, and garden chairs provided, and a lovely little sun trap of a garden as well as a nice decking/seating area. Beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well kitted out. All in all there's no downside to this rental.
Adrian
Nice place in perfect location for beach.. Would make an idea location for surfers, short walk to beach and facilities
