Old Ice House Reviews

Katie
We have just spent a great week in this very well equipped and renovated house. Kitchen top spec and everything you need.Bedrooms spacious and no problems with hot water to all 3 bathrooms. Location is excellent, 5 min walk into town, with lots of places to eat/shop. Brixham is a classic harbour town so hilly and steps up/down. best view from upstairs bedroom/living room, no view at the back. Big bonus is off street parking, we fitted an MPV car in the garage, room for small one behind on driveway. We fell in love with Brixham and would definitely stay in this house again. Thank you. Just for info purposes: the house is on 3 levels so all the main inside doors are self-closing fire doors and there is washing machine but no dryer.
Karen
Beautiful property which worked well for our holiday with our grown up family with a shower room for each bedroom. View from the top bedroom is amazing. Parking and the EV charger were key features why we booked this property. So close to the harbour, shops and numerous restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we all returned to Brixham.
Elaine
Well equipped house in a great position

A fabulous property in a fantastic situation in Brixham. Just right for the extended family. Everyone had their own bathroom which was great. The garage/ parking was an added bonus. Plenty of eateries within walking distance.

Fantastic property - beautifully renovated. Bedrooms perfect - with 3 shower rooms - ideal for many guests. Icing on the cake - own garage! Parking can be an issue in Brixham so our own garage was wonderful. Views from lounge and top bedroom - wonderful. Great holiday property.
