Perfectly suited for a family looking for an inviting base to return to after exploring this beautiful area of South Devon, Moorings' interior is stylish and contemporary, bursting with high quality fittings and elegance. Come in through the front door and into the mosaic tiled porch to hang up your coats before heading downstairs to the lower-ground-floor where you'll find the wonderfully presented sitting room decorated in blue and grey hues in-keeping with the nautical theme. Here you'll enjoy settling into one of the sofas or armchairs at the end of the day, and either putting a film on the Smart TV or getting stuck into a book. Next door the kitchen/dining room provides a social hub, with a large island with a breakfast bar perfect for perching at with a glass of wine as you oversee the cooking, before gathering everyone around the dining table to enjoy a delicious meal, made even more enchanting thanks to the glorious backdrop of the harbour views out of the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. Whether it's a crisp winter day or a warm summer afternoon, you will want to sit out on the balcony as much as possible, and relish in the natural beauty of the countryside and the quaint waterside town vista. Travel up the stairs onto the entry level ground floor and discover three bedrooms, each enjoying large windows with that spectacular view and offering tranquil sleeping spots with lovely furnishings, including a king-size, a twin and a children's bunk room, as well as a shower room being on this floor too. Head upstairs again past the feature painted stone wall which adds rustic charm to this modern masterpiece, and come to the first-floor where you will find the master bedroom holding a king-size bed and benefiting from beautiful furnishings offering ample storage. When you wake in the morning open up the French doors out to the balcony to begin your day with the magnificent views over the Kingswear Marina and Dartmouth, before stepping into the sparkling en-suite shower room to freshen up. Begin your exploration of the area by hopping on a ferry to Dartmouth where historical buildings, quaint streets and exceptional local produce can be found served in the many restaurants and pubs. A whole host of attractions awaits, explore Dartmouth Castle, or visit Agatha Christie's Holiday Home at Greenway, or take the kids to Woodlands Theme Park for endless fun.
