For outdoor enthusiasts, the Tarka Trail is easily accessible via Torrington Common (less than 1 mile), offering opportunities for walking and cycling. In the evenings, consider visiting The Plough, which hosts a vibrant lineup of events ranging from comedy to live music throughout the year. Enter the property into the hallway which offers a spacious area for kicking off shoes and hanging coats. Completing the downstairs space is the dining area, sat beneath a beautiful, vaulted ceiling with natural light beaming through. Enjoy mealtimes around the lovely table with a Smart TV and a contemporary wood burner-effect electric fire completing the space. Head upstairs to the lovely sleeping accommodation, on the first floor to your right is a king size bedroom with plenty of space, Smart TV and use of an ensuite walk in shower room and WC. Across the hall are two more bedrooms, both with double beds and Smart TVs, served centrally by a family bathroom with free-standing bath and WC. On the third floor is a beautifully arranged suite with super-king bed, Smart TV and walk in shower room with WC, across the hall is a walk-in wardrobe space for use. Outside is a multi-tiered garden space with a private hot tub, relaxing swinging chair, garden furniture, BBQ and a football goal all await for endless entertainment, or the perfect space to relax (five steps lead to the lower garden and hot tub).
