✓Located in Bow Creek between Dartmouth (5 miles inland) and Totnes (3 miles inland) in South Devon, England
✓Five bedrooms: 1 single bedroom (3ft bed) on ground floor, 1 double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) with ensuite bathroom on first floor, 2 bedrooms each with two single 3ft beds, and 1 single bedroom (3ft bed) on first floor
✓Three bathrooms: ground floor shower room with cubicle shower and toilet, first floor shower room with cubicle shower and toilet, and ensuite bathroom with bath and toilet in double bedroom
✓Ground floor living room with TV, DVD player, CD player, and open fire with initial fuel included October to May
✓Kitchen and dining room equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher
✓Conservatory on ground floor
✓Oil central heating system with seasonal charges (£300 per week or £165 for short breaks), electricity and hot water charges vary by season
✓Bed linen and towels included; swimming pool towels not included (guests must bring their own)
✓Two highchairs and two travel cots provided; extra travel cots and highchairs available by arrangement
✓Small garden with patio and shared barbecue facilities

✓Sports facilities include all-weather tennis court, outdoor children’s play areas with swings, climbing frames, slides, Wendy house, and football field
