About Lower Ossington

Bude boasts a wide range of shops, restaurants, craft shops and a choice of three sandy beaches. The north coast of Cornwall and Devon is renowned for its rugged coastline and picturesque fishing villages including Clovelly, Boscastle and Port Isaac. Many family attractions are within driving distance including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Trethorne Leisure Park or, if you wanted to stay more local, why not try your hand at clay pigeon shooting or explore Tamar Lakes with its wealth of water sports, superb fishing and great walks. On entering this magnificent property you will find yourself in the sumptuous first lounge, complete with open fire, TV/DVD. Exploring further you will find a comfy second lounge area with TV/DVD/PS4 and French doors leading out into the garden. You will also discover a wonderful conservatory which takes full advantage of the views and has Gothic style windows and seating for 10, making it ideal for a big occasion. Stepping into the spacious and elegant kitchen/diner, you will find this stylish space has everything you may need including granite worktops, integrated appliances, double oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oil fired Aga and island unit with pull-out larder racks and integrated speakers for stereo system. Also on the ground floor you will find the dining area, a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, Belfast sink and plenty of room for boots, wetsuits etc. There is also a separate WC downstairs. There are five comfortable bedrooms in the property. Heading up to the first floor you will find a king-size bedroom with TV, dressing room and en-suite shower room with WC, a double bedroom with TV and a second double bedroom. The first-floor bathroom includes a separate shower and WC. Moving up to the second floor, there are two further bedrooms: one king-size with TV, and a twin with TV. There is also a second-floor shower room, with WC. Heading outside you will find a delightful patio area with garden furniture, a brand new hot tub and gas BBQ, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day. There is a play area for kids, including wooden playhouse, trampoline and swings. The garden is large and enclosed, making it ideal for dogs.
