Langham Lodge is a beautiful house situated in a very central location. There are plenty of good local pubs serving great food in and around Langham itself. The property is large and the layout very practical for a large group of people. It was great to see such a secure garden as we had 2 small dogs with us. I would highly recommend this property for either a short break or a longer vacation.

We rented the property to celebrate my mother in-laws 60th with the family. The house is located in a picturesque location with stunning views from the front of the property. The property was well supplied and maintained to a high standard. Perfectly dog friendly and secure. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to host a family gathering of up ten people.

Lovely house with plenty of room for a large group. We found the Arga a challenge. Kitchen truly the heart of the house with its wonderful large table. Two lounges, so plenty of room for people to spread out. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable. Thank you for the welcome pack. When we arrived the heating and hot water were not working, but after a couple of phone calls an engineer arrived and fixed it all (the emergency maintenance worked!).

Lovely, spacious property in a beautiful part of the country. Safe, enclosed garden is perfect for dogs and children. Comfortable bedrooms and so much living space. Large open plan kitchen with good selection of equipment to use. Pub in village serves very good food, albeit on a limited number of days. Holkham beach a short drive away and worth the visit, as was Cley beach and the nearby windmill. Delicious bakery in Blakeney, near the waterfront (Two Magpies). Great fish and chips from French's Fish Shop in Wells-next-the-sea.

We rented this house for my husbands birthday, It was ideally situated but we were a little disappointed with the house itself. I thought it could have done with a deep clean and a new lick of paint. It was well equipped and had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us all. The Blue Bell down the road was an added bonus.

Itâ??s a gorgeous well equipped house in a beautiful location. Lots of space for guests to spread out or come together at different times. There is an electric aga which may limit cooking. The BBQ was great though! Holt, Cromer, Wells and Holkham all an easy drive away. We love Norfolk.

We booked this property for my Wifeâ??s 40th Birthday celebration. We had 6 adults and one 2 year old. The property is just beautiful. Very very spacious, both inside and out and the property is surrounded by a metal fence with heavy hydraulic gates to prevent little ones getting out. We were thankful of this. The kitchen is very well equipped and we were very surprised but very grateful for the welcome pack of local produce that the owner left for us! It was extremely kind and very nice! The instruction booklet was spot on and gave us all of the information that we needed for the property. The owners have thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable. The property is about a 15 minute drive to Holt where there is a supermarket and a very nice Chinese Takeaway. It is also very close to the seaside towns. I would definitely recommend this property and I thank you for making our stay one to remember.

An ideal property to accommodate a group of 8 adults and one 6 year old. Well located to visit many attractions, towns and villages. Our first visit to Norfolk but it wont be our last. The house has all the things you may require and is really comfortable and well thought out. Best visit was to Holkham Estate which is great value for money and can be a full day to take in what's on offer. We eat at various places but the Kings Head and Bluebell inn are close by and serve really good food, The Kings Head has a great beer garden with lots of games for all the family.

A very well located property for the coast and other attractions of north Norfolk. The house easily accommodated 6 adults and 3 young children. Kitchen equipment and cleanliness could be improved. Lounge sofas could be more comfortable. The drains smelt in the kitchen and en-suites. A bit of a curates egg really, very good in some respects but lacking in others.

Langham Lodge - this is a beautiful property in an amazing location in North Norfolk. We stayed there as a family of 8 with 3 dogs to celebrate my Dads 80th birthday and Mothers Day. The property easily accommodated us all with a well equipped kitchen although the Aga took some getting used to. The games room was a nice addition too. The showers were brilliant with plenty of hot water and pressure too and the beds were comfy so thatâ??s always good. The garden was fully enclosed for the dogs so they could run around without us having to worry they might get out on to the road. We all had a brilliant weekend here and would definitely recommend this property.
