Lovely apartment right in the middle of St Ives, this was great for multiple families as it meant anyone could pop into the town/beach easily whenever they liked. The open plan set up worked extremely well for us as a large group and we enjoyed coming back after a long day and all having space to relax whilst still being together. Would highly recommend and we would look to return here

Arrival was very smooth (entirely as per the instructions). The property is suberbly situated. We are a family of 4 with teenage daughters, and there were 2 additional teenagers tagging along - the property could not be better placed to allow us all to come and go as we pleased, whether all together or separately. It is really nicely decorated, very spacious and comfortable and we loved the decor and loads of pictures/things on the walls. Great all round.

A perfect place for a larger or multi-generational family to stay. The location, right in the middle of St Ives, cannot be beat and the kitchen is large and easy to cook in. Plenty of space for hanging out and everything is thought of in advance, even a high up drying rack over a tub to hang dry wetsuits!!

We booked The Upper Crust, for our family to stay and gather for our son's wedding at St Eia's Church. It was exactly what we needed and everyone commented on what a beautiful apartment it was and perfect for the wedding. Everything had been thought about in great detail. Such a social place to stay, bedrooms were a great size and the bathrooms were fabulous. Probably the best showers we've had whilst in St Ives. Perfect location for the beaches, restaurants and shops.

Lovely spacious apartment in the center of town, just up from Market Place. Ground floor entrance tucked away down a communal corridor. Soft and cozy beds with quality bed linen. Plentiful supply of furnishings, blankets and cushions, sideboard full of games, occasional tables, chairs and well appointed kitchen, dining room and living room areas. A few minutes from the harbour, shops and food. Central location for the beaches. No real views from the apartment but only minutes out of the door to see the wonderful views St Ives has to offer.

Good location and good value out of season. Stairs up to flat so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. We managed with a baby and a pram but that was because we didn't mind collapsing the pram each time. Tons of bedrooms, great weekend getaway pad with friends.
