This is a lovely cottage for a large group - the accommodation is very comfortable, and the grounds are wonderful. You can access to Norfolkâ??s glorious beaches very easily - a lovely place to stay.

We loved the house with it's many rooms and interesting decor. We made full use of the games room in the conservatory. The garden was big and beautiful, perfect for a dog and outdoor games or to sit and relax. The owners were really helpful with any questions we had during our stay. Beautiful weather all week which was a bonus.

The conservatory is a perfect playroom, making the children feel welcomed. The space was just right, lots of comfortable space to get together and five generous bedrooms. We loved the house and its characters and features. The garden was so big and beautiful. The location was quiet and perfect and close to Cromer and Sheringham. However you do have to drive to eat out or go to a shop. We did have a few concerns which we have shared separately with the owner. Hopefully he will take them on board and make improvements.
