Ga Ga Barn is presented to a very high standard, with a lovely welcome pack. We are enjoyed staying there. The animals (sheep and cows) in the field behind the barn provided constant entertainment! There is an additional WC cloakroom, not mentioned in the agents details, accessible off the games room The 1 mile walking route to Cromer centre is along a good, firm (but mostly unlit) path, and takes about 20 minutes at a steady pace. As mentioned by a previous visitor, the barn is very echoey which may present problems for those with hearing issues. Also, the third double bedroom may not work for all groups as access is via either the twin bedroom and Jack & Jill bathroom, or the unheated games room.

We had a great family stay at Ga Ga barn. Very spacious and well equipped. Also a fabulous location near shops and beach a 10 minute walk away. Loved Cromer and the surroundings. Would definitely recommend!!

The main living space was a great open flat area, very high ceiling, the downside was it could be echoey. There was plenty of outdoor space, with a lovely bbq and two ares in which to sit. A good games room on the side with pool, darts and table tennis plus the paraphernalia needed for beach visits with young children. A well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space. An extra fridge in the utility room. We did have a problem with ants but the owners came round as soon as was convenient to help with this. Would definitely recommend this property for large family groups.

The quality and location of this property are exceptional. We returned on that basis. The relaxation of sitting looking at the field opposite with sheep and cows coming and going was lovely, especially with nice weather. We even saw small deer at the top of the garden in the evening - delightful. Iâ??m sure we will be back again!

This barn conversion has been very well done and certainly spacious. Our week there was one of the wettest 'summer' weeks I've had in Norfolk and thankfully the underfloor heating saved the day. The temperature was very comfortable.
